JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives for our residential developments to join our team. This role will play a key part in promoting our projects, strengthening our brand presence, and driving engagement across digital and traditional channels.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and current property market trends
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software preferred
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with event coordination and content creation is an asset.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising initiatives for property developments.
  • Manage website updates, social media content, and digital engagement tools.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, signage, and sales collateral.
  • Support planning and execution of launch events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Liaise with suppliers, media partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing outputs.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, assist with budget tracking, and compile campaign performance reports.
  • Perform other related duties as required or assigned by management, in line with the scope and purpose of the role.
  • Occasional site visits to active construction or development areas may be required (Calgary and surrounding areas). Appropriate PPE will be provided and must be worn.
  • Event set-up and attendance may be required.
