POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized, creative Marketing Manager to lead all marketing, communications, and branding initiatives across multiple platforms and programs. This role is responsible for designing content, managing social media, overseeing print and digital publications, and driving brand awareness that aligns with the mission and values of the organization.
The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a passion for storytelling, exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred in marketing, design, and content management (nonprofit or educational experience a plus).
  • Graphic design and video editing skills.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Shopify, and social media management tools.
  • Experience in event promotion and community engagement.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a collaborative, flexible mindset.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Photography and videography skills.
  • Experience with web platforms like WordPress or Wix.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and analytics.
