  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft 365 programs, Canva, Constant Contact, Canva, Google, Meta, YouTube.
  • Prior experience in Digital Marketing preferred.
Responsibilities

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and grow within the company. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts within the Powersports & Marine industries. You’ll play a key role in coordinating campaigns, managing social content, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

  • Manage our social media presence, including creating content, developing social ad campaigns, scheduling content across platforms and engaging with audiences.
  • Work with the design team to create visually appealing content, including reels, videos, advertisements and infographics.
  • Develop and execute marketing communication plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Parts and Service teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and events that promote our multiple brands including, CanAm, SkiDoo, SeaDoo, Supra, Moomba, Harris, Cobalt and many more.
  • Create compelling content for newsletters and client communications.
  • Maintain company websites.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of social posts, paid campaigns, e-newsletters, and Google Ad Campaign, providing insights for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Stay current on marketing trends and contribute to strategy development.
