Description

MaxBounty is seeking a creative, motivated, and goal-oriented Marketing Coordinator to play a key role in the execution of marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and business growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for creating a variety of marketing content, including long-form articles such as guides and case studies, email newsletters, and social media posts, while assisting with other day-to-day marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a creative and collaborative environment. You will work closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure content and campaign initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional writing and content creation abilities across both long-form and short-form formats.
  • Strong computer and internet proficiency, including CRM software experience.
  • Experience creating and working with simple graphics for marketing purposes in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar software.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
  • Experience creating content for B2B marketing audiences is considered an asset.
  • Experience creating “influencer”-style video content is considered an asset.
  • Experience creating and managing paid ads on platforms such as Google, Facebook and LinkedIn is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns outlined by the Head of Marketing.
  • Write and edit a variety of marketing content, including long-form articles, case studies, guides, media kits, and social media posts.
  • Manage the company’s social media accounts, coordinating and executing content strategies as outlined by the Head of Marketing.
  • Schedule, publish, and monitor social media posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Operate as a brand ambassador by responding to platform inbox messages and forum posts from current partners and potential leads.
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of targeted email campaigns to both publishers and advertisers.
  • Analyze trends and conduct market and competitor research to support campaign planning and identify new content opportunities.
  • Assist with the creation of videos for the purpose of inbound social media content or paid ads.
  • Ensure all outbound communication aligns with MaxBounty’s and MRGE’s brand voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Prepare summary reports and key performance insights for review.
  • Support the Head of Marketing with project tracking, scheduling, and maintaining content calendars.
