Job Overview & Work Site This role is responsible for outbound prospecting support, paid advertising coordination, social media and content execution, and event logistics. The position is structured and systems-driven, ideal for an early to mid-career professional looking to gain exposure to healthcare marketing and revenue operations Role Allocation 40% Outbound Prospecting & Lead Management• 20% Paid Advertising Support• 30% Social Media & Content Execution• 10% Event & Vendor Coordination Core Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting & Lead Management (40%) Research and build prospect lists of outpatient physical therapy clinics using AI software and online databases• Source and verify accurate contact information through website and online research• Maintain organized and updated lead databases within CRM systems• Support outbound campaign preparation, segmentation, and targeting• Track list performance and ensure clean data entry• Assist in reporting outbound activity metrics Paid Advertising Support (20%) Assist in ad campaign setup across LinkedIn, Meta, and Google platforms• Upload creative assets and input targeting parameters• Monitor campaign performance and compile weekly reporting summaries• Track key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversion rates• Maintain campaign documentation and performance benchmarks Social Media & Content Execution (30%) Schedule social media posts on a weekly content calendar• Create video thumbnails aligned with brand guidelines• Edit and repurpose long-form videos into short-form clips for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta• Upload and publish content across platforms• Assist with formatting and distributing monthly newsletters• Coordinate basic graphic design needs in Canva• Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms Event & Vendor Coordination (10%) Organize conference materials and manage shipping logistics• Maintain inventory of event materials, promotional assets, and swag• Coordinate with vendors for printing, shipping, and event needs• Support internal tracking of event timelines and deliverables Benefits Benefits for Full-Time Employees include but are not limited to: Medical/Dental/Vision insurance 401K with 50% employer match up to 6% per check Paid holidays Paid time off Company-paid employee life insurance Voluntary life insurance options Short and long-term disability options Employee assistance program (including mental health services) License & Experience Qualifications Required Strong organizational and time-management skills• Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting• Excellent written and verbal communication• High attention to detail• Ability to operate within structured systems and meet deadlines Preferred Experience with CRM software 1-2 years experience in marketing, administrative support, or business development• Social media scheduling experience• Canva proficiency• Exposure to paid ad platforms Min USD $20.00/Hr.
