We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing team’s growing efforts. This role is ideal for candidates with some marketing experience eager to grow and gain hands-on exposure across multiple areas. Responsibilities include assisting with channel enablement, managing and tracking marketing campaigns, and helping with events and webinars. The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• At least 2+ years in a marketing role
• Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce.com, Google Ads a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is up to $55,000 annually. Pay varies by work location and may also depend on job -related knowledge, skills, experience and abilities of the successful candidate. • Assist with on-boarding of new Agents for the Channel Sales team. Help provide new Agents with the tools and support needed to succeed.

• Manage the MetTel Partner Portal, including working with other team members to ensure the most up to date content is available, registering new users, and providing user support.
• Support prospecting activities to identify and qualify Channel Sales leads.
• Liaise with channel counterparts to organize sponsorships and marketing programs.
• Maintain marketing calendars and campaign reporting for channel initiatives.
