Description Primary Job Purpose & Key Business Needs: This position is primarily responsible for graphic design, sign production, and enforcement of our Signage Standards for ALL store signs and assist with tag development as needed. Another key aspect of this role is Social Media content strategy, development, and execution, including giveaways, influencers, and collaborations. In addition, this role will produce, edit, and package unique media, to include original and dynamic photo and video assets. Principal Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Graphic Design (produce signage & social media content) Photo/Video Media Development Assist with Social Media posts, stories, & videos Assist with Social Media content plan, including Campaigns, Holidays, Giveaways, Community Outreach, etc. Assist with Photo/Video Media Development Assist with webpage editing & creation Electronic File Organization & Maintenance Key Performance Results: Success in this position directly impacts the success of Moana Nursery’s operating performance. This position’s success is measured using the following performance measurements. Primary Performance Measurements: The 4 most important measurements of success of this position. Create & deploy engaging online content for our donation, fundraising, community outreach, & related initiatives. Create, print, & distribute community outreach materials including flyers, and signage for community outreach events. Take & edit photos and videos for social media, WordPress site, & databases.? Assist with various Social Media accounts, including daily content updates, stories, comments, messages, and other engagements. Secondary Performance Measurements: Other important measures that indicate success in the position. Assist with giveaways as needed. Create & post blog articles. Complete Green Certification Program. Assist with Online Reputation Management.? Requirements Must use personal phone for work use. Phone allowance will be provided. Travel may be required in personal vehicle to travel in between 3 locations and Minden Farm. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
