POSITION SUMMARY

This contract role plays a key part in executing upon the marketing strategy and supporting the Molly’s Spirits brand across all channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic creative, someone who can help bring the “Molly’s Magic” to life in the form of visual and written content, sees the ever-changing digital marketing landscape as an exciting challenge and thinks analytically to ensure that the right messages and visuals reach the right customers at the right time through the right medium.
The Marketing Coordinator will have a great eye, be savvy with design programs, be a great communicator with strong writing skills, and love using both sides of their brain when segmenting, optimizing, and reporting on the performance of the executed initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS

  • Minimum 2-4 years experience working in marketing, communications or similar role
  • Proven content writing experience and a portfolio containing blog posts, news articles, etc.
  • Familiarity with B2C marketing and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of marketing analytics tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Great project management skills with the ability to drive multiple projects at once, proactively reach out for help
  • Familiarity with design programs
  • Ability to work well with others while maintaining degree of autonomy
  • Understanding of marketing to multiple demographics while maintaining a consistent brand voice
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement

Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent desired

Responsibilities
  • Create and edit content marketing pieces based on communicated marketing strategy and initiatives
  • Email marketing production, deployment and analysis
  • Proactively work with the marketing and sales team to optimize email marketing strategy and performance
  • Write marketing copy for marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Maintain social media marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Graphic design support for digital, print, OOH, in-store signage and promotions utilizing existing brand assets and creating content that is in-line with the Molly’s aesthetic
  • Analyze marketing campaigns and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
  • Assist with other departmental projects as needed
