Description

JOB SUMMARY

As a Marketing Coordinator at MPOC, you will be the driving force behind our clients’ campaign execution and performance. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring that marketing projects align with client goals, are delivered on time, and optimized for performance. You’ll wear multiple hats, functioning as a project manager, marketing strategist, and content lead — overseeing day-to-day operations and driving execution across organic and email/SMS channels. In addition to campaign coordination and light copywriting, the role requires ownership of marketing performance reporting — turning data into actionable insights and surfacing key wins, misses, and optimizations. You’ll also be expected to keep a pulse on what’s trending — pulling competitive insights and industry benchmarks that help elevate client strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2–4 years experience in marketing coordination, content strategy, or project/account management (agency or DTC brand experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, and basic analytics dashboards (Meta, Klaviyo, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools like Asana, Notion, ClickUp
  • Strong writing and communication skills — ability to edit and write clean, compelling copy
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for audience engagement.
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a keen eye for performance data and creative consistency.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
As a Marketing Coordinator at MPOC, you will be the linchpin in driving successful marketing campaigns for our clients. Your strategic thinking, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights will be instrumental in shaping our clients’ success and enhancing their brand presence.
