Responsibilities * Builds and execute email marketing campaigns, including creation, scheduling, and reporting * Manages organic LinkedIn social media, supporting content development and performance tracking * Develops marketing content such as guides, one-pagers, and other promotional assets * Supports sales enablement by developing slide decks and sales materials * Plans and executes tradeshow and event strategy,  including coordination and logistics * Develops and manages event-specific content (promotional materials, speaker content, follow-ups, etc.) * Supports internal communications, including company newsletters and internal announcements * Other duties as assigned   Qualifications Required  * Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience * Experience using marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot, or similar to create and execute campaigns * Demonstrated ability to plan and execute small- to medium-scale events such as networking events, tradeshow sponsorships, speaking engagements, etc. * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Canva * Occasional travel for tradeshows and events   Preferred  * Relevant work experience in B2B marketing, ideally in property tax or professional services * Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities   Benefits Competitive salary, with incentivized earning potential  Discretionary performance bonuses  401(k) matching plan Medical/Dental/Vision Plan Paid time off, standard Winter Break company closure, and paid parental leave Regular Company Social Events Hybrid Work Schedule   It is TAG’s practice to provide and promote equal opportunity employment through hiring, promotion, and transfer practices, compensation practices, and development opportunities without discrimination based on race, color, national origin, citizenship, sex or gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, religion, age, disability, service in the military, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, and local laws.
