Description LGTC Group is a multi-site behavioral health organization providing evidence-based mental health services across California. We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of marketing initiatives across our programs and locations. This is an early-career, execution-focused role designed for someone with 1–3 years of marketing experience who enjoys hands-on work, clear direction, and learning within a structured environment. Support execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print channels Assist with website content updates, listings, and marketing materials Prepare, organize, and distribute marketing collateral Support basic performance tracking and reporting Coordinate tasks, timelines, and approvals with the marketing team Ensure marketing materials follow brand guidelines and compliance standards Requirements 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Clear written and verbal communication skills Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems On-site availability required Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays Sick leave in accordance with California law 401(k) retirement plan (if applicable — can be adjusted) Supportive, mission-driven work environment
