JOB OVERVIEW
The role of the Marketing Coordinator is an integral part in Onvigo’s marketing team, responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of brand deliverables for an innovative and growing host travel agency. Key responsibilities include driving brand awareness, social engagement, web content on consumer-facing websites, and supporting Independent Travel Advisor (ITA) members. You will support the team with organizing and executing daily marketing tasks, creating web content to drive supplier sales, responding to ITA member website and marketing support tickets, coordinating departmental projects, executing campaign plans, liaising with external marketing partners, tracking performance metrics and reporting, and delivering marketing assets.
We’re seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a dynamic environment and can also work effectively independently. You should be organized, solution-focused, and proactive with a hands-on approach to getting things done.
