We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Marketing Coordinator to support our growth and ensure the continued success of our brand across the nation. The Marketing Coordinator will be a key player in our marketing team, working closely with the Marketing Manager to implement and execute marketing strategies that align with the Orangetheory Fitness brand. This role involves a mix of creative and analytical tasks, from crafting email campaigns to coordinating digital and traditional advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Email Marketing Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute email marketing campaigns across Canada. Gather and update visual assets to ensure brand consistency. Draft email content, obtain approvals, and make necessary revisions. Schedule and distribute finalized email communications to franchisees and other contacts using our internal email platform. Review and approve local studio communications to ensure they meet brand guidelines, and schedule them to the appropriate audiences, including OTF Affiliates studios. Social Media Management Work with the Marketing Manager to develop a comprehensive social media publishing calendar. Source articles, external content, and create visuals to engage audiences on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others. Use tools like ImageRelay, Dropbox, and Canva to manage and create social media content. Monitor studio social media pages for compliance with brand standards and compile performance reports across Canada, including OTF Affiliates studios. Engage in social listening to understand and respond to member inquiries and feedback on Orangetheory Fitness Canada’s social channels. Digital Advertising Assist in gathering visual and video assets for use in paid social media and digital marketing campaigns. Collect and analyze performance data from third-party marketing vendors for monthly reporting, ensuring brand consistency across digital channels, including OTF Affiliates studios. Serve as the primary contact for Affiliate-specific campaigns with third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy. Traditional Advertising Collaborate with graphic designers to create in-studio marketing assets that comply with brand standards, including assets for OTF Affiliates studios. Work with national suppliers and franchisees to keep marketing materials current and relevant for monthly campaigns and other marketing activities. Identify opportunities for studios to generate leads through local outreach, guerilla marketing, external events, and in-studio events. Coordinate shipments of marketing materials to affiliate-owned studios in collaboration with third-party vendors. Provide ongoing support and best practice guidance to franchise partners and internal staff nationwide. Assist in coordinating the translation of marketing materials for the Quebec market to ensure clear and accurate communication. Reporting and Analysis Gather data from various marketing channels, third-party vendors, and internal resources to compile reports. Create detailed presentations for review by the Marketing Manager, highlighting key performance metrics (KPIs) and areas for improvement. Provide continuous feedback and updates based on data analysis to inform future marketing strategies, including reports for OTF Affiliates studios. Ensure all meeting materials are aligned with current marketing strategies and goals Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or certification in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience in a consumer marketing position, with a focus on digital marketing a major plus for the position. Experience with paid digital marketing tactics, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google AdWords. Experience in a franchise-based company is highly desirable. Skills and Attributes: Ability to adapt quickly to changes in strategic direction and market conditions. Up-to-date knowledge of current marketing trends, consumer behaviors, and digital platforms. Exceptional attention to detail in the creation and review of marketing assets. Strong analytical skills with expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methods. The OTF Canada Head Office is conveniently located in the Downtown Edmonton area, with complimentary parking available for employees.
