Description Marketing & Content Creation • Create, film, and assist with videography and social media content for properties, including on-site filming opportunities. • Create source ads to market property vacancies • Support social media initiatives that enhance property visibility and leasing performance. • Capture and share property highlights, promotions, and community features. • Photography and 3D Imaging of vacant units Property Marketing Execution • Manage signage, posting, and lockboxes across assigned properties. • Ensure marketing materials are current, visible, and compliant with company standards. • Conduct regular property walks • Manage social media sites (Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, Ect.) • Audit ads weekly on website and 3rd party sites (Zillow, Craigslist, ect.) Pricing & Promotions • Update pricing and move-in specials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Communicate changes clearly to leasing and management teams. Field & Leasing Support • Gather prospect feedback while in the field and relay insights for Leasing Recap reports. • Observe and report on market conditions, competitor activity, and on-site leasing performance. Signs & Supplies Management • Order, track, and maintain inventory of signs and marketing supplies. • Coordinate installation, replacement, and upkeep of Monument Signs. • Ensure signage is consistent with branding and marketing standards. Additional Responsibilities • Generate Reports as needed by Leasing Manager • Develop new marketing materials as needed • Research and/or implement up-to-date marketing tools • Other Projects as requested Requirements • Prior experience in marketing, property management, leasing, or a related field preferred. • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic videography/filming. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple priorities. • Effective communication and collaboration skills. • Excellent Proofreading skills • Microsoft Office/Appfolio/Google Workshop/Photoshop/AI programs • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties as needed.
Responsibilities
