We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the tracking and day to day execution of marketing campaigns and supporting the implementation and coordination of promotions and programs

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and executing day-to-day marketing functions & tactics that support the brand and program level strategies.
  • Supporting the development of marketing plans and creative briefs for programs, promotions and business units within the grocery brand.
  • Proof reading and editing marketing collateral as required with Marketing, Communications, Merchandising, and Operations.
  • Liaising with stakeholders (e.g., marketing, internal creative, digital marketing, external agencies, stores, suppliers) to ensure effective communication and execution of promotional plans.
  • Integrating ideas and feedback from all internal and external sources regarding marketing concepts and programs.
  • Supporting local store initiatives which include store & community events, sponsorships, marketing programs, advertising and store openings/renovations/retention.
  • Supporting the execution of performance-based marketing; through the analysis and assessment of key business issues in order to support in the develop marketing plans to deliver sales targets.
  • Reporting on marketing KPIs and paid digital performance (CPM, Engagement and Sessions).
  • Monitoring competitor advertising and maintain a calendar of competitor activities.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of marketing budgets and processing invoices.
  • Performing administrative duties specific to the marketing department such as maintaining databases.
  • Initiating, managing and completing projects based on goals set by the department.

You have:

  • A post-secondary education in marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or related role.
  • Experience in health & wellness, digital marketing/ecommerce or ethnic marketing is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
