Description

Production Equipment UC is a leading industrial distributor supplying over 80,000 products to customers across Europe. We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator to work within our team based in Galway.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Autonomous and self-starter, willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.
  • Proven experience with Google applications including Google Ads and Analytics.
  • Experience using newsletter marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe suite, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Possess strong analytics skills with the ability to collate, present and interpret data.
Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and support marketing opportunities and projects, liaising with suppliers and stakeholders alike.
  • Support in Google ad maintenance including co-ordinating with brands/suppliers on assets and relevant content for ad campaign success, reviewing ad copy and making relevant edit suggestions, etc.
  • Support Google Shopping/GMC maintenance, troubleshooting and resolving any issues to ensure feed is optimised for best results.
  • Actively contribute to the company’s content calendar, researching industry-related topics and advising on events/topics for inclusion.
  • Manage social media platforms including content generation for posts, stories and ads, in line with content calendar activities.
  • Establish and support newsletter flows in line with company requirements.
  • Review campaign performances regularly, reporting as required.
  • Create, test and implement new features on the website such as sign-up forms, popouts, etc.
  • Writing, editing and proofreading copy.
