ABOUT THE ROLE:

In this role, you’ll help maintain engagement with our Club loyalty program members by coordinating and administering personalised content across various channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• EDM Coordination: Manage and deliver personalised EDMs to loyalty program members, ensuring alignment with marketing plans and compliance requirements.
• Content Creation: Develop briefs, coordinate with the Design Studio, and proof personalised content to support targeted marketing strategies.
• Insights & Strategy: Leverage customer and marketing insights to improve content performance and align with emerging trends.
• Collaboration: Build effective relationships with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality personalised campaigns
