JOB DESCRIPTION   Employer                                                                          Department Pinnacle Bank                                                  Marketing   Job title                                                                                        Marketing Coordinator                                              Supervised by Marketing Manager   Job Summary   The Marketing Coordinator serves as a dedicated support for all Pinnacle Bank employees.  This position is tasked with making all marketing efforts easier and more effective. The Marketing Coordinator is deeply involved behind-the-scenes, acting as a partner, to ensure all employees have the correct tools, resources, and polished materials to connect with customers and strengthen community relationships. This individual will be expected to remain organized, while taking responsibility for several projects.  Among others, one expectation of the Marketing Coordinator will be to take pride in ensuring every piece of work feels completed, polished, and on-brand.  The Coordinator is expected to be detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping others. The position offers an opportunity to further develop leadership, creativity, and coordination skills, while playing a central role in the success of the Marketing team and Pinnacle Bank.   Skills, Knowledge, Talents   Education   A high school diploma is mandatory.   A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, other related fields, or equivalent experience, is preferred.   Prior Experience   3- 5 years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in financial services, is preferred.   Required Skills, Knowledge and Talents * Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage detail accurately and consistently * Strong written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, grammar, and proofreading * Must have a basic knowledge of the bank's products and services * Must have a willingness to serve * Must be able to function efficiently in a network environment and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint * Project a professional image by adhering to guidelines in the employee handbook * Must be a self-starter, a creative thinker, flexible, eager, nurturing, open to change and exhibit good judgment * Must be a leader by example, attentive to detail, work well with others and be responsive to supervisory guidance * Familiarity with digital marketing tools (email marketing platforms, social media, and analytics tools) * Ability to balance multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met * Knowledge of financial products and banking regulations is a plus.
