As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, pre-construction, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator),
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an asset.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies for pre-construction projects.
  • Coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, email campaigns, and social media content.
  • Support the planning and execution of sales launches, events, and promotional activities.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Assist with CRM management, including updating client databases and tracking leads.
  • Liaise with sales teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
