Ras360° Property Group Management Rights and Accomodation Division (MRA) & Residential Division - is a leading company specialising in the sale of management rights, motels, hotels, parks and pubs across Australia as well as a leading residential property business specialising in apartment & townhouse sales in SEQ. Since our 2024 relaunch and rebrand, we've been growing fast, and having fun and our marketing has to move just as fast to stimulate further growth.

• Genuine collaboration: you'll help shape the design and content behind every listing, campaign and brand touchpoint in the division, working closely with people who want your input, not just your output.

Who you are

Ideally you've got 2+ years experience in marketing, design or digital content, strong Canva and Adobe Creative Suite skills, and an eye for detail that borders on obsessive. You like the property industry, or perhaps that’s where you’re coming from. You likely have formal qualifications in marketing or design.

You're organised enough to juggle five campaigns at once but creative enough that none of them look the same. You live with a sense of urgency and a attention to detail. You want a role where your design work goes to winning big deals, and isn’t just stuck in a review cycle.
