What We Are Looking For: We’re looking for a highly qualified Marketing Coordinator who can push existing engagement programs to the next level, while assisting with development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including sales engagement and support, reward programs, vendor management, and reporting. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to own many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. This role reports to the Vice President and is located in our Durham, NC office. What You Will Do: Own the expansion of our sales engagement program Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables, and provide support for implementation, and excel at project management Support the planning and execution of meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by participating in the identifying of requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, coordinating mailing lists, and maintaining inventory of event collateral and materials Support the Vice President in setting objectives, organizing promotional presentations, maintaining budget, and updating calendars Continually seek new creative ways to promote and support our brand to existing and new marketing channels What We Provide: Salaried, DOE Long-Term Incentive Plan Full-Time Full Benefits Package Available What We Believe: Not sure if you meet every qualification? Requirements What We Require: Bachelor’s degree in Markerting, Communications or similar and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing, sales enablement, or client-facing coordination role. Proficiency in managing sales engagement campaigns and program initiatives. Familiarity with content distribution, email campaigns, and marketing Proficiency in vendor and project management. Working knowledge of sales and marketing automation tools to promote and expand engagement opportunities. Excellent attention to detail, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Strong follow-through and responsiveness. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally to external audiences.
