QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent;
  • Two (2) to five (5) years of experience in a similar role;
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Knowledge of the retail industry;
  • Interest and ease with social media and content creation.

Responsibilities
  • Implementing all marketing and communication activities for the shopping center(s), in line with strategic orientations, the annual marketing plan, timelines, budgets, and brand image;
  • Planning and coordinating the creation of marketing materials to support the plan;
  • Developing an editorial calendar for social media, coordinating content creation and publication, and managing the different platforms;
  • Ensuring website updates;
  • Being responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all events and on-site activations;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, suppliers, center staff, the community, and service providers;
  • Monitoring foot traffic and presenting periodic reports to the management team;
  • Acting as liaison with the head office marketing team to align marketing efforts;
  • Conducting analyses (during and after campaigns), compiling survey results, and presenting them in collaboration with retailers;
  • Coordinating the preparation and distribution of written communications and training materials intended for tenants;
  • Applying the annual budget control system;
  • Performing any other related duties
