JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support a mix of digital and traditional marketing activities that promote our brand, engage customers, and strengthen relationships with external partners.
This is a great opportunity to grow your career in B2B marketing within the fast-growing electrical distribution industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience across omni-channel campaigns, events, analytics, and collaboration with trusted global brands.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of marketing experience (preferably in a B2B environment).
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Canva.
  • Strong writing, communication, and task management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting and data organization.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in executing omni-channel B2B marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, social media, branch TV, events, sales enablement, and contests.
  • Create and schedule content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube).
  • Support the graphic design and production of marketing materials using Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva.
  • Help plan and coordinate promotions, events, and contests to enhance brand visibility.
  • Contribute to internal communications such as newsletters and intranet updates.
  • Manage and update website and landing page content using front-end tools, ensuring alignment with UX, SEO, and Google best practices (no coding required).
  • Gather and organize data from Google Analytics and other platforms to support campaign reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered effectively.
