POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty through strategic marketing initiatives for our cultivation facility and retail brand. You will oversee social media management, digital marketing campaigns, event coordination, and CRM communications (SMS/email via Springbig). Your creativity and industry expertise will help shape our brand’s voice, enhance our digital presence, and foster community connections.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years in marketing, social media, or digital content creation (cannabis, CPG, or lifestyle industries preferred).
• Experience with Springbig (or similar CRM tools) for SMS/email marketing.
• Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing a plus).
• Knowledge of cannabis compliance (social media restrictions, state marketing laws).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in Google Analytics, social insights, or email campaign metrics.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cultivation/retail teams.
