Part‑Time Marketing Co-Ordinator (Flexible hours/Hybrid working) About the Role: An exciting opportunity is available for a highly organised Part‑Time Marketing Co-ordinator to support a busy and professional events program within a leading global organisation. Working closely with senior marketing stakeholders, this role provides end‑to‑end administrative and coordination support across a range of in‑person and virtual events, including conferences, trade shows, sponsored events and webinars. This position offers genuine flexibility and is ideal for someone looking to balance meaningful work with other commitments. This is a Fixed term (until end of Dec 2026 with possible extension) part-time role based in Sydney (St. Leonards), with flexible hybrid working arrangements (4 half days or 2 full days per week) to support your work-life balance. Responsibilities: Supporting the planning, booking and administration of events and exhibitions Coordinating event logistics including AV, furniture, materials and deliveries Liaising with internal teams, designers, suppliers, venues and event organisers Managing event registrations, team logistics and briefing sessions Coordinating printed materials, merchandise, prizes and speaker gifts Organising lead capture tools and supporting post‑event follow‑up Processing invoices, purchase orders and contracts Managing event materials, shipping, storage and inventory Requirements: Experience in events, marketing coordination or administration roles Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders Comfortable managing logistics, timelines, invoices and suppliers Proactive, reliable and able to work independently Work in a way that works for you We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization.
