Description REES is seeking a positive, energetic Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Dallas. You’ll be part of a small but dynamic team of marketers who work closely together to support firmwide marketing and business development efforts. This role supports requests for proposals and qualifications, sales presentations and a range of marketing materials that reflect the REES brand. Responsibilities also include proofreading copy, assisting with visual content, maintaining CRM data and ensuring marketing tasks are completed. You’ll help coordinate local outreach efforts such as trade shows, job fairs, participation in professional organizations, community service initiatives and design competitions. Relationships are central to our work, so you’ll collaborate with team members across the firm and build professional connections both inside and outside the organization. REES is a mid-sized architecture and interior design firm with offices in Dallas, Houston, and Oklahoma City. Requirements You should be comfortable using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, along with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations or Mass Communications is preferred. Experience in architecture, engineering or construction is a plus but not required.
