POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for executing local marketing initiatives with a focus on video production, graphic design, content creation, and social media management. The ideal candidate has strong visual storytelling abilities, an eye for design, and a firm command of written English for clear, effective communication. Proficiency with Canva and a working knowledge of AI-based marketing tools is essential.

The Marketing Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Plan, film, and edit high-quality video content for social media, digital campaigns, and in-clinic use.
• Design branded materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including digital assets, print collateral, signage, and promotional graphics.
• Manage local social media channels: content creation, scheduling, publishing, and engagement.
• Write clear, compelling, and grammatically sound copy for social media, web, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Support campaign execution across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in tone, look, and message.
• Leverage AI marketing tools to assist with content ideation, analytics, and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to align with overall brand strategy and guidelines.
• Monitor performance metrics for local campaigns and provide regular reports and insights.
• Assist with photography and onsite promotional events as needed.

Role Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a marketing or creative role.
• Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written English and strong copywriting skills.
• Experience managing professional social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment.
