POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Coordinator supports marketing execution across Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram (CDJR), Ford, and Luxury dealerships (Acura, BMW, Audi) within Parks Automotive Group. This role is responsible for coordinating localized campaigns, managing vendor relationships, supporting merchandising, and monitoring marketing performance. The Coordinator serves as the primary marketing contact for assigned dealerships, ensuring alignment between store needs and corporate strategy.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or project management, automotive preferred
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with marketing vendors, digital platforms, and third-party listing tools
  • Familiarity with CRMs, call tracking systems, and basic reporting dashboards
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution: Support the implementation of local marketing strategies that align with OEM programs, Parks brand standards, and enterprise-wide goals.

  • Store Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with Dealer Operators and leadership teams through weekly check-ins and quarterly in-person visits.

  • Vendor Coordination: Attend and document vendor calls, track deliverables, ensure co-op compliance, and address any store-specific marketing issues.
  • Vehicle Merchandising: Partner with Inventory Managers and the Vehicle Merchandising Specialist to ensure inventory is accurately priced, photographed, and represented online.
  • Website Optimization: Collaborate with Click Here Digital and internal teams to keep dealership websites updated, performance-optimized, and reflective of current offers and inventory.
  • Marketing Reporting: Provide timely inputs for monthly marketing decks and scorecards, including lead performance, phone tracking, campaign data, and merchandising insights.
  • Execution Management: Maintain task-level ownership of creative asset delivery, campaign updates, vendor submissions, and grassroots initiatives across assigned stores.
  • Budget Support: Monitor campaign performance and submit formal budget adjustment requests to the Marketing Director as needed.
  • Community Engagement: Assist with local sponsorships, store events, and grassroots marketing to elevate brand visibility and local engagement.
  • Customer Experience Monitoring: Track CRM and CarWars data to document lead handling trends and collaborate with store teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Reputation Management: Monitor and support store-level reputation efforts, including review response and trend escalation to uphold Parks’ brand standards.
