Description

We’re looking for a people-focused, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to lead our UK marketing activity, with a core focus on B2B relationship building, events, and strategic brand presence.
This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on making real-world connections – from planning and hosting standout industry events, to helping our sales and leadership teams build meaningful relationships with key partners and clients. You’ll work closely with the business development and operations teams to position RenEnergy as a trusted expert in renewable energy across sectors such as commercial, industrial, agriculture, manufacturing, and public sector.
Reporting to our International Marketing Manager in South Africa and collaborating directly with our UK Managing Director, you’ll play a vital role in building brand trust and client loyalty through face-to-face engagement and high-impact marketing experiences.

WHAT ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE WILL YOU HAVE:

  • Skilled at running events, managing logistics, and making brand experiences feel premium and personal.
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in renewables, construction, energy, or tech.
  • A strong track record in planning and executing successful in-person events, exhibitions or field marketing.
  • Experience building and supporting commercial relationships through marketing activities and materials.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of exhibitions, trade shows, open days, and client events.
  • Represent the brand with energy and confidence at events, ensuring every detail (from branding to follow-up) reflects excellence.
  • Work with the sales team to develop tailored campaigns that support relationship-building and lead generation.
  • Develop marketing materials, event collateral, and follow-up packs to support long-term B2B engagement.
  • Collaborate with our external PR agency to amplify brand presence through coverage of events, partnerships and business milestones.
  • Oversee website updates, customer case studies, brochures and branded content that support relationship development and sector positioning.
  • Develop marketing campaigns that reinforce trust, expertise and our values – moving beyond just digital reach to human connection.
  • Create and maintain branded pitch decks, proposal templates and content that helps the commercial team build rapport and credibility.
  • Support internal communications and brand culture initiatives to ensure the entire team reflects our brand values externally.
  • Develop recruitment campaign content that aligns with our people-first culture, including career events and branded onboarding materials.
  • Deliver quarterly marketing plans focused on relationship and pipeline growth, not just clicks and impressions.
  • Work across departments to align event calendars, marketing priorities, and business development objectives.
  • Track the impact of events, campaigns and relationship-focused initiatives – measuring not just leads, but quality of engagement.
