Job Overview: The Southern Africa Marketing Coordinator drives the hands-on execution of marketing activity across Southern African markets for Sable International Study Abroad. This role delivers high-impact digital campaigns, video content, events and expos, CRM execution, and the management of digital and physical marketing assets to generate awareness, leads, and conversions aligned to intake cycles. Working closely with regional, admissions, CRM, and partner teams, this role ensures fast, effective, and brand-consistent marketing delivery across the region. You’re perfect for this position if you: Have a relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Have proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation and campaign coordination. Have strong video editing skills for short-form content, with experience in tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar. Have experience with email marketing, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools; experience with Respond.io is a plus. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Have a high level of attention to detail, with strong organisational and time-management abilities. Can work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional and regional teams. Your role and responsibilities: Among other tasks, your main responsibilities will include: Marketing & Campaign Support Developing, maintaining, and optimise digital campaign templates for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Preparing and scheduling email campaigns for student, university, school, and partner agent databases. Supporting content creation, including copywriting, basic design, and marketing documents for regional audiences. Managing and segment Southern African marketing databases; executing broadcasts in line with campaign schedules. Providing marketing and design support to regional teams, ensuring brand consistency and local relevance. Video & Social Media Planning, filming, editing, and publishing short-form videos aligned to campaigns and regional priorities. Editing event footage, testimonials, explainers, and promotional clips for rapid deployment. Repurposing long-form content into platform-optimised short-form videos. Monitoring social media engagement and escalate leads to admissions teams as required. Events & Fairs Coordinating Southern African Study Abroad Expos and EduSessions, including campaigns, invitations, and post-event follow-up. Designing and refine event materials, presentations, signage, and promotional collateral. Managing online registration and feedback forms to support attendance tracking and continuous improvement. Physical & In-Market Marketing Assets Coordinating deployment, maintenance, and removal of physical marketing assets (billboards, signage, on-site branding). Liaising with suppliers, venues, landlords, and local teams to ensure timely, compliant installation. Conducting regular asset checks and track usage for post-campaign review. Ensure all physical assets align with brand guidelines and approved messaging. Brand & Positioning Maintaining consistent brand presentation across all Southern African markets. Upholding brand standards in marketing materials, campaigns, digital assets, and partner-facing documents. CRM, Automation & Conversion Support Supporting Respond.io implementation and usage for consistent lead management. Assisting in designing AI-backed lead qualification workflows and automated nurture sequences. Optimising landing pages, forms, and campaign processes to improve lead capture and conversion. Ensuring accurate data, tagging, and campaign attribution for reporting and performance tracking. Marketing Asset Management Maintaining an organised, up-to-date library of approved marketing assets, videos, templates, and event materials. Removing outdated, duplicated, or non-compliant materials and replace with approved versions.
