Role- Marketing Coordinator Location - Australia Our Industrial Automation (IA) business is seeking a proactive and organised Marketing Coordinator to support internal communications and provide operational marketing support to our Marketing, Sales and Offer Management teams. Reporting to the Marketing & Strategy Lead, Industrial Automation, you will play a key role in driving engagement, supporting campaign execution, coordinating events, and helping bring our offers to market. This role is intentionally designed as a pathway into Offer Management, giving you exposure to the full IA portfolio and offering hands‑on experience in how offers are managed, launched, and supported across the Pacific Zone. What You Will Do Marketing & Communication Coordinate information flow across IA stakeholders to support smooth execution of marketing and event activation plans. Maintain oversight of campaign operations, ensuring activities stay on track and deliver expected outcomes. Support Offer Managers with tactical execution of offer‑specific campaigns for consistency and timely delivery. Coordinate the IA offer mix for events, including procurement and preparation of product assets and demos. Organise internal IA Line of Business events to meet engagement and communication goals. Collaborate across teams to identify joint presentation opportunities for external audiences. Perform light market research to support data‑driven decisions across price, product, placement, and promotion. Offer Management Support Assist with development of localised literature such as training decks, POS material, price lists, and sales tools. Coordinate and deploy technical training for sales teams and external stakeholders. Help maintain and update training packages and localised content to ensure accuracy and relevance. Support offer launches and category campaigns with a unified, organised approach across the IA portfolio. Health, Safety, Environment Demonstrate commitment to Schneider Electric’s HSE standards. Lead by example in fostering a safe and environmentally conscious workplace. Seek opportunities to improve work processes and safety outcomes. Who You’ll Work With You’ll collaborate closely with: IA Offer Managers Sales & Marketing teams IA leadership team Zone marketing partners External stakeholders (as required for events, assets and campaigns) What You Bring Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Engineering with an interest in Offer Management. Experience in generalist marketing supporting technical sales OR engineering experience with a desire to move into marketing. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to convey marketing and execution concepts clearly at different levels. Good presentation skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively. A structured mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and introduce organisation and clarity. Positive, proactive, hands‑on approach to problem solving. Basic understanding of the Industrial Automation industry, product landscape, and competitive environment (preferred). Interest or experience in product/offer management. Ready to Grow Your Career?
