Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who loves content, social media, fashion and figuring out what makes people stop scrolling.

You’ll work across photoshoots, short-form video, campaign content and paid social creative, helping us build a constant pipeline of fresh ideas for Meta ads and organic channels.

This is not a role where you’ll spend your day watching from the sidelines. You’ll be filming, editing, pitching ideas, helping on photoshoots, creating ad variations and getting content out into the world.

At Fleur Collective, we create timeless, confidence-boosting fashion for women who want style without compromise. Proudly Australian owned and independently operated, we take a considered approach to fashion, producing small-batch collections designed around exceptional fit, comfort and longevity.

You’ll join a small, collaborative marketing team where creativity, initiative and getting things done are highly valued.

What You’ll Be Doing

Photoshoots & Content Production

You’ll play a key role in bringing Fleur campaigns and collections to life.

  • Drive creative briefings, mood boards and campaign concepts.
  • Plan and prepare photoshoots.
  • Coordinate shoot logistics including outfits, accessories, models, locations, run sheets and packing lists.
  • Liaise with model agencies, photographers, videographers, hair and makeup artists and venues.
  • Assist on set with styling, outfit changes, garment preparation and shoot flow.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes and short-form video content throughout shoot days.
  • Identify opportunities during shoots to capture additional Meta ad creative.
  • Help ensure we leave every shoot with enough content for ecommerce, campaigns, organic social and paid media.
  • Own post-production coordination and asset delivery.

Paid Social Creative

A key part of your role will also be helping us produce a consistent stream of creative for Meta advertising.

  • Generate fresh ideas and concepts for Meta ads based on product launches, promotions, customer insights, trends and previous creative performance.
  • Film short-form paid social content including product videos, styling videos, founder and team content, UGC-style creative, promotional videos and customer-focused concepts.
  • Edit short-form content using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
  • Produce a minimum of 10 paid social Reels / short-form creative assets per week, including new concepts, hooks and creative variations.
  • Create multiple versions of successful concepts by testing different hooks, openings, messaging, formats and edits.
  • Repurpose photoshoot footage, organic social content, Lives, customer content and existing brand assets into fresh paid social creative.
  • Help develop hooks, headlines, scripts and on-screen messaging.
  • Maintain a rolling Meta creative roadmap, keeping visibility across what needs to be filmed, edited, tested and refreshed.
  • Help maintain an organised creative testing pipeline so we always have new content ready to launch.
  • Prepare and upload approved creative into Meta Ads Manager, following naming conventions, formats and campaign requirements.
  • Keep the paid social creative library organised, including visibility of what has been tested, what is currently live and what should be refreshed.
  • Review creative performance with the Marketing Manager and use learnings to generate the next round of ideas.
  • Stay across Meta, Instagram, TikTok and wider social creative trends and proactively bring new ideas to the team.

Garment & Sample Management

You’ll help make sure our product samples are organised and always ready for content production.

This includes:

  • Managing garments and samples across photoshoots, Lives and content production.
  • Preparing garments before shoots, including steaming, hanging and organising.
  • Ensuring samples are accounted for before and after use.
  • Coordinating washing or cleaning where required.
  • Returning stock into inventory accurately.
  • Maintaining organised racks and sample storage.
