Description

About One Season

One Season is a global Australian fashion brand loved by women who want beautiful, easy pieces they'll reach for again and again. We're stocked in hundreds of boutiques across Australia and Europe, and we have a growing online community we're excited to keep building.

The role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our small team and help bring our marketing to life across everything we do. You'll work closely with our founder, our exec team and our external marketing strategist, who will guide the direction while you take the reins on making it happen.

If you're one to three years into your marketing career and want to build real, hands on experience across content, social, email, website and advertising, this is a lovely role to grow in. You'll be supported, you'll learn a lot, and you'll see the impact of your work every day.

What you'll be doing

  1. Creating content. Filming and editing short form video, shooting product and lifestyle imagery, and bringing our briefs to life.
  2. Looking after our social media. Scheduling and posting to Instagram and Facebook, running stories, and looking after our community in the comments and DMs.
  3. Building our emails in Klaviyo. Putting together campaigns and EDMs, and updating our automated flows, with Claude on hand to help.
  4. Keeping our website looking beautiful. Uploading and publishing new products, updating the homepage, and making sure product pages are accurate.
  5. Building and launching our Meta ads. Setting up new campaigns and creative in Ads Manager and getting them live.
  6. Supporting our wholesale team. Preparing assets and stockist communications as needed.
  7. Seeding product to influencers. Coordinating sends, keeping track of who has what, and following up on content.

What we're looking for

  1. One to three years in a marketing, social or eCommerce role. We're also open to a recent graduate with relevant internship or freelance experience.
  2. Confidence on camera and behind it. You can shoot and edit content yourself.
  3. Some exposure to Klaviyo, Shopify and Meta Ads Manager, or the willingness to learn them quickly.
  4. Comfort using AI tools like Claude as part of your day to day.
  5. A lovely eye for aesthetic and a feel for what makes a fashion brand look and sound beautiful.
  6. Organisation and reliability. You can juggle a few things at once, hit your deadlines and keep everyone in the loop.
  7. Someone who enjoys collaborating. You'll have plenty of guidance and support around you.
