Description

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to bring that same standard to our digital channels. Reporting to our Marketing Manager, you will work closely with them to shape how a premium brand shows up on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Meta — and you will own the content that gets it there.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create:
    • Shoot, edit and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube — from styled sets to considered in-store moments
    • Build the content calendar with the Marketing Manager and keep the standard consistently high
    • Write the words: captions, EDM copy, campaign lines. If it sounds like Minimax, you wrote it
    • Develop the creative for our Meta ad campaigns, working alongside our media agency
  • Grow:
    • Take day-to-day ownership of our social channels, with real scope to build out YouTube and TikTok
    • Partner with our agency on paid social — you will brief the creative, interpret their reporting and bring recommendations to the Marketing Manager to shape what we do next
    • Manage the community, and coordinate creator partnerships that genuinely suit the brand
  • Convert:
    • Run the EDM calendar, briefing and building campaigns with the Marketing Manager and buying team
    • Report across social, paid and email — and turn the numbers into a clear point of view
  • Connect:
    • Work with our store teams to support seasonal events, product launches and in-store experiences
    • Collaborate with buying, e-commerce and suppliers to get the story behind the product, not just the price

About You

  • Minimum 3 years in marketing, social or content — retail or homewares a bonus, not a must
    • A passion for all things homewares, cooking, and food
    • Genuinely good at making content: shooting, editing, pacing, hooks
    • A strong writer with an instinct for brand voice and an eye for beautiful things
    • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or whatever your tool of choice is
    • Deeply online — you know the formats that work and the ones that are already tired
    • Comfortable reading performance data and confident forming a view on it
    • A natural collaborator who shares ideas early, takes feedback well and enjoys building something as a team
    • Organised, calm, and at home in a fast-moving retail business
