Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As the marketing coordinator you would be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, building cross-team programs, managing our translation services, maintaining internal SharePoint sites as well as the rhythm of the business.
This role requires excellent organisation and communication skills along with the ability to define and meet deadlines and coordinate with both teams and stakeholders to ensure organisational goals and expectations are met. You will leverage frameworks and processes which enable the team to effectively manage projects and initiatives across the globe while ensuring a consistent and impactful customer experience.

KEY ASPECTS OF THE ROLE WILL INVOLVE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO:

  • Working cross-functionally to support the implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Working with the Marketing Operations Manager to report on marketing campaigns
  • Managing our translation platform and translation vendors
  • Supporting the optimisation of marketing channels and cross-team operations
  • Planning and coordinating strategy and project execution and brainstorming workshops.
  • Working with other departments to consolidate and disseminate business critical information such as competitor and market updates.
  • Supporting MarTech strategy and transition to new systems.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Proven experience of project coordination and management of small projects
  • Creative, balanced and informed approach to problem solving.
  • Tenacity, persistence and focus with the ability to prioritise between multiple tasks.
  • Innovative, open and able to work in a fast growing, fast paced environment.
  • Experience in a role focused on project coordination, client management or operations coordination.
  • Ability to educate and teach colleagues on systems and processes effectively.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools: ClickUp Pm experience, or other equivalent tools
