Presenting 152 luxuriously appointed guest rooms and suites with carefully restored features and adorned with exclusive art pieces from local artists, The Tasman reflects the true spirit of the destination.  The Opportunity Our Marketing Coordinator opportunity requires a professional and creative person who is approachable, helpful, and confident in their ability to interact with stakeholders on a daily basis. Under the leadership of the Director of Marketing, this role promotes on-brand messaging to customers through traditional, digital and social media channels with the goal of enhancing the image and awareness of the property and ensure all marketing activities for the property are well coordinated and executed.  This role gets to do a little bit of everything from balancing traditional and digital marketing and eCommerce activities to contributing to sales and public relations activities for the hotel. In addition you will: * Promote awareness of brand image internally and externally * Develop and design marketing collateral * Organise and plan events, promotions and sponsorship coordination * Manage social channels - create social media content & assist with social media marketing * Assisting with overflow administrative duties * Data entry and management of client information into CRM system * Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material, and agent branding   About You * A relevant degree or existing marketing experience * Well-rounded marketing skills and understanding across all channels * Experience in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns that achieve strategic goals and revenue targets * Familiarity with current social media platforms and evolving trends * Experience with CRM and good design capabilities with website updates * Excellent time management with the versatility and adaptability to work simultaneously on a variety of projects * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a customer-centric approach * Ability to think on your feet * Positive attitude, adaptable and flexible approach * Full working rights in Australia   To Apply This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and creative individual!
