QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language (Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, or Finnish).
• Experience in social media management, content coordination, or digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram and best practices for engagement.
• Ability to create engaging, brand-aligned content and adapt messaging for different audiences.
• Basic design skills with experience using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator – Social Media Focus to join our team in Norway on a temporary 10-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing Herbalife’s social media presence across the Nordics while also supporting the localization and production of marketing materials. You will play a key role in engaging our community, driving brand awareness, and supporting product launches through digital platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, schedule, and manage content for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Telegram) to engage distributors and grow brand awareness.
• Monitor social media trends, analyze engagement, and recommend strategies to improve performance.
• Coordinate the production and localization of marketing materials, ensuring alignment with local regulations and brand guidelines.
• Support product launches, promotions, and campaigns with targeted digital content.
• Collaborate with the Nordic marketing team and regional stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging.
• Assist in content creation, including basic graphic design tasks using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior to optimize social media strategies.
• Maintain and update content on Business Tools Online (MyHerbalife).
• Participate in occasional travel (approx. 10%, including weekends) to attend events in the Nordics.
