The purpose of this role is to support the delivery of integrated B2B marketing campaigns within the internal agency, contributing to live, multi‑channel work across priority topics, sectors and propositions while developing core marketing and content skills. This role is ideal for someone at the start of their marketing career who wants hands‑on experience of how campaigns are planned, built, launched and measured in a fast‑paced, in‑house agency environment, with a strong focus on delivery. This is a hybrid variable role requiring very limited office presence in London. What you will be doing: Campaign delivery and coordination Support the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across email, events, web, social media and paid channels, working to defined briefs, timelines and priorities Assist with campaign set‑up and execution, including asset coordination, email builds, landing page content, event logistics and social media scheduling Content and asset support Support the creation of content drafts for campaigns, including basic copy, presentations and simple visual assets Coordinate content updates across web, email, social media and internal platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency and brand compliance Insight, reporting and optimisation Conduct basic market, audience and competitor research to support campaign planning and content development Support campaign reporting by collecting, organising and quality‑checking performance data (such as engagement, reach and leads) Ways of working Use AI tools appropriately to support research, drafting and task efficiency, in line with team guidance and governance Follow established processes for approvals, brand, data and campaign governance What you’ll bring: Degree (or equivalent) in marketing is beneficial but a passion for wanting a career in marketing is essential Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail Clear written communication skills and confidence working with basic marketing copy Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working to deadlines Willingness to learn new tools, processes and ways of working Interest in B2B marketing and how campaigns support commercial outcomes An interest in how AI can be used in marketing; proficiency in its use desirable Comfortable working across the Microsoft 365 suite; familiarity with creative tools desirable If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!
