Description

The Specialty Care Marketing Coordinator is responsible for marketing support of I&I and HBU portfolios including operational execution, implementation of the portfolio strategy and follow up, support of internal coordination and alignment with enabling functions, as well as focus on specific projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Support CBL and CBM in implementing portfolio strategies.
  • Develops with CBL and CBM the brand plan and executes its implementation with full accountability for implementation.
  • Support projects within the category.
  • Deliver project coordination according to pre-defined action plan for regular events.
  • Support the development of educational and brand materials, working with Colab, Adobe Express and local agencies.
  • Work with medical/legal/regulatory to obtain appropriate approval of brand materials
  • Follow up calendar initiatives and DME accomplishment
  • Ensures plans and programs are effectively executed w/available resources
  • Data analytics: initiatives performance, KPI impact and efficiency of DME investment.
  • Provide support on MAPP Navigator for the Category and become a MAPP and a Speakers Program expert. Work very close with the transaction center to ensure compliance and flawless execution of the events as well as management of speakers in the official database.
  • Coordinate logistics and contents of BU meetings, field force POAs, team buildings and training-related activities.

Qualifications:

  • English – Advance level
  • University graduate
  • 3+ years of professional experience in similar positions
