POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing Coordinator is a detail-oriented specialist who will support marketing operations, data analysis, and systematic campaign execution. This role focuses on the operational backbone of marketing activities including database management, performance tracking, compliance monitoring, and process optimization. The successful candidate will ensure marketing initiatives run efficiently through meticulous planning, accurate data capture, and comprehensive performance analysis. This position reports to the Senior Director of Marketing.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Desire to understand microelectronics, semiconductors, or aerospace/defense industries
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and workflows
  • Understanding of SEO principles and website content management systems
  • Familiarity with aerospace/defense industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Knowledge of marketing attribution models and ROI analysis methodologies
  • Experience with project management software and workflow optimization
  • Understanding of database management principles and data integrity best practices
  • Experience with survey design and market research methodologies
  • Proficiency with AI/LLM tools for data analysis and reporting automation
