Description

Sportsfield Specialties, Inc. (SSI) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives and assist in the day-to-day operations of the marketing team. This role is essential for executing marketing strategies, developing high-quality content, and supporting sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media initiatives to enhance brand visibility
  • Create and edit content across various marketing channels, including blog posts, newsletters, social media, and marketing collateral
  • Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
  • Assist in planning and organizing company events, trade shows, and sponsorships, including logistics, promotional materials, and on-site support to enhance brand visibility.
  • Use CRM data for customer segmentation and to execute and track analytics of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and external collaborators to support marketing initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Required Qualifications:

Skills:

  • Design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud and/or similar platform required.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and software
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate at all personnel levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Organizational/prioritization skills, including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Technologically adept and adaptable to changes or advances.

Experience/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support role.
