Description State Bar of Wisconsin – Marketing Coordinator/Production Artist (Hybrid) The State Bar of Wisconsin is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, team-oriented professional to join our fast-paced Marketing Department. The Marketing Coordinator/Production Artist oversees the day-to-day flow of marketing projects—from intake through completion—using a project management system to assign work, track progress, and monitor deadlines. This role serves as a central hub of communication between the marketing team and internal clients, while also offering opportunities to be creative through hands-on design and production support. Once trained, this position is eligible for a hybrid schedule, working remotely up to three days per week and in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. What You Will Do Oversee the day-to-day flow of marketing projects from intake through completion Use the State Bar’s project management system to assign work, track progress, and monitor deadlines Prioritize and balance projects across the team to ensure timelines and deliverables are met Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, and potential bottlenecks Serve as a central point of contact between marketing specialists, designers, and internal stakeholders across departments Assist Marketing Specialists with email production and scheduling Compile marketing statistics for reporting and analysis Provide basic design and production support during peak workloads or overflow periods Make simple edits, updates, and adaptations to existing assets (digital, email, social, and print) Prepare files for production in accordance with brand standards and technical specifications Assist with quality control to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand compliance Requirements What We Are Looking For 2–4 years of experience on a professional marketing, communications, or creative team Experience using a project management system to schedule and monitor tasks and workflows Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design tools Comfort working within established brand guidelines and processes Desirable Qualifications Familiarity with email marketing, digital marketing assets, and print production Experience with project management software Understanding of creative workflows and approval processes Compensation and Benefits The salary range starts at $54,441, but it can increase based on qualifications.
