WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and marketing-savvy professional to join our team as Marketing Coordinator. This is not a generic marketing role — it’s an opportunity to work within the ICF construction and manufacturing sector, collaborating closely with our Marketing, Business Development, and Authorized Dealer teams to strengthen the SuperForm brand and support our clients across North America.
Experience or strong interest in construction, manufacturing, building materials, or ICF products is a significant asset. This role combines hands-on marketing execution with strategic support.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Education in marketing, communications, or a related field (asset)
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience (in-house or agency)
  • Experience in construction, building envelope solutions, or manufacturing is a strong asset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional customer service and a positive, collaborative attitude
  • Basic copywriting and content creation skills
  • Reliable, detail-focused, and team-driven

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with SuperForm Authorized Dealers on marketing initiatives, integration into the SuperForm ecosystem, and brand alignment
  • Manage paid marketing campaigns (social media & Google Ads) including content scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement
  • Track, analyze, and report on website performance, paid advertising metrics, and campaign ROI
  • Coordinate trade shows, events, training sessions, and webinars from planning to execution
  • Manage production, inventory, and distribution of promotional and sales support materials
  • Identify and oversee new and recurring marketing opportunities
  • Assist with marketing budget tracking and expense reporting
  • Hold weekly and monthly coordination meetings with Marketing and Business Development teams to ensure cross-department alignment
  • Support Business Development with dealer-specific marketing strategy sessions
