Are you a creative, resourceful marketer who knows how to make magic on a shoestring budget? Do you love the Russian River area and want to help a small business thrive in the heart of nature? We’re a boutique glamping resort in Guerneville looking for a part-time Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our brand and attract new guests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate and manage our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create and post engaging content including videos, reels, and stories that showcase the resort experience
  • Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to drive bookings and brand awareness
  • Collaborate closely with the business owner to align messaging and strategy
  • Track performance and adjust tactics based on engagement and results

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong understanding of the Guerneville/Sonoma County market and its unique vibe
  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation (bonus if you love filming and editing)
  • Ability to work independently and think creatively within a limited budget
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
