Description About the Role We’re looking for a highly organized and adaptable Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys doing a little bit of everything; from coordinating projects and managing calendars to creating branded assets and supporting CRM lists. As Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help keep campaigns on track, ensure our creative assets are polished and delivered on time, and assist with marketing operations across multiple teams. This is a hybrid role that combines project coordination, light design work in Canva, and basic support for CRM and email tools. What You’ll Do Maintain team calendars, timelines, and marketing deliverables across projects Create branded marketing materials using Canva (emails, social graphics, sales collateral, etc.) Support CRM and email marketing tools (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.) by uploading leads, managing lists, and tagging contacts Assist with social media scheduling, campaign support, and asset coordination Track requests from studio and franchise teams and follow up on completion Pull basic marketing performance data and assist with reporting Help keep project documentation, templates, and internal resources up to date Requirements What You’ll Bring 1–2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, assistant, or generalist role Proficiency with Canva and basic understanding of CRM/email tools Excellent time management and communication skills Comfort managing multiple tasks and projects at once Experience working cross-functionally and keeping teams organized Familiarity with project management or collaboration tools (Asana, Airtable, Trello, or similar)
