Responsibilities: Bring Events & Campaigns to Life Lead execution of email, digital, and multi-channel campaigns. Coordinate trade shows, webinars, partner events, and local engagements from logistics to follow-up. Track timelines, speaker needs, deliverables, and promotional workflows. Support post-event reporting like attribution, leads, and performance analysis. Own the Marketing Calendar Maintain the master marketing calendar across campaigns, content, events, and social. Partner closely with Sales Leadership to sync timing, expectations, and enablement. Keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned and informed. Create & Elevate Content Develop, schedule, and publish social media content across active channels. Produce recurring marketing assets: newsletters, promotional content, partner features, and more. Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, and agency partners on thought leadership. Update and maintain content libraries, case studies, and templates. Support Sales & Cross-Team Alignment Assist Sales Leadership with proposals, case studies, and campaign-ready materials. Coordinate SEO, website, and HubSpot optimization with agency partners. Ensure brand consistency across internal and external communications. Report & Improve Pull and interpret core marketing metrics, campaign results, and lead-gen outputs. Support HubSpot workflows and basic optimization. Help maintain a strong feedback loop with Sales for continuous improvement. Requirements Required 3–5 years in marketing execution, digital marketing, or event coordination. Proficient with Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, Outlook, Office Suite). Experience with business social platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation (HubSpot preferred). Experience collaborating with Sales or go-to-market teams. Preferred Familiarity with SEO, CMS tools (WordPress), and basic analytics. Curiosity around AI-driven search and modern marketing technologies. Experience managing vendors or agency relationships. This is a Hybrid role requiring a consistent onsite presence in our Portland, Maine office a minimum of 2 days per week and will require occasional travel to trade shows and events, requiring reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
