We’re also relocating to a stunning new office in Chadstone, the fashion capital of Australia — the perfect backdrop for creativity and collaboration.
We’re looking for a proactive, organised and results driven Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Communications team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone launching their marketing career and eager to learn in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll primarily assist and support in coordinating day-to-day campaign activities, asset tracking, and cross-team collaboration. In this role, you’ll harness insights and critical thinking to help execute initiatives that boost transactions and elevate brand metrics, ensuring every activity is delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll:

  • Assist with coordinating campaign tasks such as status updates, asset tracking, and timelines to drive transactions and enhance brand metrics.
  • Use insights, data, and critical thinking to inform campaign planning and execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver strategic marketing initiatives
  • Ensure all campaigns are delivered accurately on time, and within budget
  • Maintain legal and brand compliance across all communications and follow sign-off protocols
  • Translate customer and business insights into compelling retail experiences
  • Communicate confidently and contribute to the creation of strategic ideas and customer journeys
  • Understand campaign effectiveness and measure performance against defined goals
