We're looking for a highly organized and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to help keep projects, campaigns, and creative initiatives moving from concept to completion. In this role, you'll partner with marketing, creative, digital, public affairs, philanthropy, and operational leaders to coordinate projects, manage timelines, and ensure work is delivered efficiently and on schedule. You'll play a key role in keeping teams aligned, supporting marketing campaigns, tracking budgets, and maintaining project documentation while helping improve processes that enhance the overall effectiveness of the marketing team. You'll be successful in this role if you: * Coordinate and track creative, digital, and multimedia projects from intake through completion. * Manage project timelines, workflows, documentation, and digital assets using project management tools. * Partner with marketing teams, physicians, clinic leaders, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project execution. * Support marketing campaigns, special initiatives, events, and cross-functional projects with Public Affairs and Philanthropy. * Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, vendor coordination, and project reporting. * Identify potential project risks, communicate updates, and help drive solutions to keep initiatives on track. * Continuously look for opportunities to improve workflows and project management processes.   What you'll bring   * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * Two years of experience coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders. * Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Experience with project management platforms and marketing technologies. * Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills. *   If you thrive on organization, enjoy collaborating across teams, and love bringing projects to life, we'd love to hear from you.
