Description

You'll work closely with our Theatre, Ballet School and Drama School teams, our Ticketing Administrator, and external design and digital partners, reporting to our Executive Manager - Development & Marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

●     Coordinating website content and updates across three brand sites (WordPress)

●     Contributing to brand identity development, including key art and campaign assets

●     Supporting Google Ads and Analytics reporting

●     Building and distributing eNewsletters and eDMs (Mailchimp)

●     Coordinating with our social media contractor and Schools Administration Team on content planning

●     Coordinating venue hire marketing collateral and patron experience materials

●     Coordinating and/or producing print collateral — prospectuses, brochures, show programs and foyer material

●     Supporting merchandise design and coordinating sponsorship acknowledgement in show programs

●     Assisting with professional photography and content shoot logistics

About You

You're an organised, self-motivated marketer who thrives on variety and can move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on production. You'll bring:

●     Experience across social media, website content management (WordPress) and eDM platforms (Mailchimp)

●     Working knowledge of Google Ads and/or Google Analytics

●     Basic graphic design skills (Canva and/or Adobe Suite)

●     Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple brands

●     Excellent written communication and attention to detail

●     Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends around performances and events

●     A current Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one

Experience in the not-for-profit, arts, or education sectors is a bonus but not essential, what matters most is your ability to juggle a varied workload independently and bring energy and initiative to the role.

●     Free staff parking

●     A short tram ride from Melbourne CBD, three minutes from the beach
