About usBrandid Media is a full-service Marketing & Events Agency based out of Sydney's Northern Beaches and Noosa, on the Sunshine Coast. We're a small team that acts as a genuine extension of our clients' businesses. Our work spans social media, content production, brand, web, events and paid media, for clients in beauty, sport, lifestyle, construction, ecomm and hospitality.

The roleWe're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to manage some of our smaller social media accounts and support the team where needed. You'll be the person keeping content moving, campaigns on schedule and clients feeling looked after. This is a hands-on role. One day you're building a content calendar, the next you're on a shoot, then you're pulling a monthly report together. If you like variety and you like getting things done, you'll enjoy it here.

What you'll be doingManaging social media accounts, including planning, scheduling, community management and reporting
Building and presenting fortnightly content calendars for client approval
Writing captions and short-form copy in each client's brand voice
Coordinating content shoots, from scheduling through to asset delivery
Supporting campaign planning and execution across organic and paid
Pulling monthly performance reports and spotting what's working and what isn't
Keeping projects, tasks and deadlines organised in our systems
Being a reliable point of contact for clients and keeping communication clear and professional

Who you are3+ years in social media management or a similar marketing role, agency experience is a big plus
You can work independently and manage your own workload without being chased
A genuine go-getter with a roll your sleeves up and get it done attitude
Strong written communication, you can adapt your tone to suit different brands
Organised, detail focused and calm when things move quickly
Confident with the platforms, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, and how each one actually performs
A quick learner who's keen to keep learning, we invest in people who want to grow
Comfortable using AI tools to work smarter, or keen to learn

Bonus points forVery confident in using Canva, Capcut, Adobe is a bonus
Experience with Meta & Tik TokAds Manager is a bonus
Email marketing experience, particularly Klaviyo or Mailchimp
Content capture skills, shooting and editing social-first video on a phone
Experience with project management or CRM systems
